St. Clement Glazed Ceramic Creamer, Made in France

$120.00

France, 1950s

Typical of the French style of the post-war period, this vessel illustrates the perfect fusion of the country’s long-established history of pottery-making with the emerging new generation creativity .

The vessel was made by the "Faiencerie de Saint-Clement", France, founded in 1758 and the oldest French factory of earthenware still active.

The glaze blends stripes of various colors to create a unique and varied effect that is eye-catching from all angles. Quality is apparent in this unique piece. It is stamped on the underside by the manufacturer.
Measurements: 4.25” diameter x 6” deep x 5.25“ tall
Condition: Very good condition. One tiny lack of glaze on spout as seen on last photo.
